I've had the rollmeover app on my note 4 for a while and it's been pretty cool to play with. Love the TLC 80 series background :). I actually bought the app to eventually run on an Android in dash car stereo for my cruiser, but I can't install it since it's incompatible for some reason. It's a pumpkin unit cc250 I believe. It's hard to find good info on the unit, tbh. This is as much as I know of the specs.Android 4.4 OS, Rockchip PX3 Cortex A9 Quad Core 1.6GHz. Just wondering if it's a hardware or software issue, and if there is anything that can be done?

Hi Jake, these Android head units lack the hardware required to run the app.  I don't believe there is one out there that has an accelerometer and magnometer.  The app can also use the gyroscope and barrometer, but these are not required. The only sensors these head units have are typically are GPS. Your best option would be to mirror the screen of your android phone onto the head unit.
