Q. The pitch/roll/compass does not respond.
    This is a device error, not related to the application.
    A. Turn off the device, remove the battery, turn it back on. DO NOT RESTART INSTEAD. This will reset the device sensors. For concerns about your device, contact the manufacture or http://forum.xda-developers.com/ for support.
    A. If the device does not have a removable battery, perform a hard reset, typically this is accomplished with the phone turned on, hold the power button and the volume down at the same time for about 10 seconds until the phone reboots.


Q. The pitch/roll bounces around when driving.
    A. Unfortunately this is normal behavior for an accelerometer. RollMeOver is always supporting the latest algorithms to provide the best user experience. Moving at speed and hitting bumps, confuses the sensor for a moment. There are options under sensitivity to help reduce the effect. Additionally hard braking and acceleration will cause interference, also the compression & extension of the suspension will change the pitch/roll of the vehicle body.


Q. The application will not install, I get some error about USB/SD card.

Q. Do I have to purchase RollMeOver again if_____?
    A. Once you purchase any app, the license is tied to your Google Account. You can not buy an app twice and should have access to it indefinitely. You will see “install” vs Buy. You can install the app on all your devices using the same Google account.


Q. My license is being rejected, the app keeps closing.
    A. Open the main Settings app, Manage Applications, Google Play app, and then tap the Clear Data button. Then restart your phone and open the app and it will be able to properly check your license. You will likely have to re-instate your settings for Google Play. Hopefully Google fixes this problem in the future.
